Regulamin uczestnictwa w zajęciach
Gminnego Ośrodka Kultury i Sportu w Filipowie
w czasie epidemii COVID– 19
1. W zajęciach nie mogą uczestniczyć osoby, które objęte są kwarantanną lub izolacją albo mają objawy choroby zakaźnej.
2. Zapewnienie środków ochrony indywidualnej (maski, przyłbice, rękawiczki i inne) należy do uczestnika zajęć.
3. Rodzice i uczestnicy zajęć obowiązani są do zapoznania się z „Procedurami bezpieczeństwa na terenie Gminnego Ośrodka Kultury i Sportu w Filipowie w czasie trwania pandemii COVID-19” oraz złożyć przed zajęciami podpisane oświadczenia – załącznik nr 1 oraz załącznik nr 2 w/w procedur. Brak podpisanych w/w dokumentów uniemożliwia udział w zajęciach.
4. Wchodząc do budynku należy dezynfekować ręce udostępnionym środkiem do dezynfekcji, zgodnie z widoczną instrukcją.
5. W zajęciach mogą uczestniczyć wyłącznie uczestnicy.
6. Na zajęcia należy przychodzić zgodnie z ustalonym wcześniej grafikiem wyłącznie w wyznaczonych godzinach.
7. Zajęcia odbywają się z 15 minutową przerwą niezbędną do wietrzenia pomieszczenia.
8. Ilość osób przebywająca w tym samym czasie w GOKiS w Filipowie na zajęciach/warsztatach:
a. Sala widowiskowa (budynek UG)– 1 osoba prowadząca + 12 osób
b. Sala treningowa z wykładzinami (nowy budynek) –1 osoba prowadząca + 10 osób
c. Sala warsztatowa piętro (nowy budynek) – 1 osoba prowadząca + 5 osób
15. W przypadku zaobserwowania niepokojących objawów u pracownika placówki/uczestnika zajęć zostaną podjęte działania zgodnie § 7 Procedury Bezpieczeństwa na terenie GOKiS w Filipowie w okresie pandemii Covid – 19.
