Odbyła się promocja książki „Siedem kropli życia” autorstwa Marcina Pawła Panka!
W piątek (5 kwietnia), w sali widowiskowej GOKiS w Filipowie odbyła się promocja książki „Siedem kropli życia” autorstwa Marcina Pawła Panka. W trakcie spotkania widzowie mogli bliżej poznać sylwetkę autora, wysłuchać fragmentu promowanej książki, dowiedzieć się trochę o cywilizacji Sumerów, a także kupić książkę i porozmawiać z jej twórcą.
Promocja rozpoczęła się od przywitania gości przez Barbarę Orchowską – dyrektor Gminnego Ośrodka Kultury i Sportu w Filipowie.
Sylwetkę Marcina Pawła Panka, czyli autora książki „Siedem kropli życia”, przybliżyła słuchaczom jego siostra, nauczycielka historii w Szkole Podstawowej im. Jana Pawła II w Filipowie – Katarzyna Panek. Z jej opowieści dowiedzieć się mogliśmy o studiach i pracy Marcina oraz jego spotkaniu ze słynnym aktorem Jerzym Stuhrem w Krakowie.
Następnie Kamil Gużewski – pracownik młodzieżowy GOKiS przeczytał zebranym na sali słuchaczom fragment promowanej książki.
W końcu głos zabrał sam autor, który krótko opowiedział o historii Sumeru, najciekawszych odkryciach mieszkańców tej starożytnej krainy, ich wierzeniach oraz ogromnej wiedzy. Przytoczył także ciekawe anegdoty, m.in. o licytacji żon i o tym, jak Sumerowie robili sobie selfie!
Po części oficjalnej spotkania można było porozmawiać z autorem, zadać mu pytania i kupić książkę z dedykacją. Marcin otrzymał kwiaty i gratulacje od wielu osób, m.in. małżonki Wójta Gminy Bakałarzewo, czy Dyrektor Szkoły Podstawowej im. Jana Pawła II w Filipowie.
Na gości czekał również poczęstunek w postaci smacznego ciasta, ciepłej kawy i herbaty.
Byłam na tym spotkaniu. Jestem pod wrażeniem ogromnej wiedzy Pana Marcina Panka. Książka interesująca. Kupiłam, na pewno przeczytam.
